Description: Swedish knifemaker Greger Forselius has a flair for design. This traditional Swedish Puukko has a well rounded, slightly downturned handle that fits very comfortably in the hand. The handle is formed primarily from mopane wood, indigenous to Namibia. The wood has a nice mix of light and dark tones for a very sophisticated appearance. Greger has created spacers from nickel silver and moose antler, finishing off the handle with an ebony butt cap. A decorative circle created with nickel silver pins is a nice touch. The blade was forged and heat treated by Swedish bladesmith Ivan Lind. The hard blade is forged from carbon steel and will have great edge holding. The flats have been forge textured, whereas the bevels are polished. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
