Description: Bradford Knives are handmade in Renton, Washington. His background working in an aerospace machine shop is clearly evident in these high performance, elegant steak knives.
The clip point blade is formed from ultra-high performance Bohler M390 stainless steel. The blade is full flat ground and features a tumbled blade finish, stopped just short of a polished surface. This finish is a perfect choice, as it holds up well to the regular demands of heavy use. The blade was heat treated by Stack Metallurgical, for a keen, long lasting edge (Hrc 59.5-60.5).
Carbon fiber scales are set on a full tang. Maroon liners add an elegant, subtle contrast. The handles are nicely contoured with a palm swell. The scales are set with epoxy and fastened with stainless steel corby fasteners.
Exceptional fit and finish! This is among our favorite steak knives we have ever used.
